Partner Rules
Partners must stay together.
Prior to switching, partners must complete:
- at least 5 and no more than 10 pull-ups
-burpees in at least 5 reps and no more than 10
-squats in at least 10reps and no more than 25
-sandbag=switch as needed, however 1 partner cannot carry more than 600 meters
-only one partner works at a time during cals
-women+women=45# sandbag
-man+man=60#
-man+women=45#
