Welcome back from The Holidays! A real grinder tonight. I've thought about this: The overall level of difficulty of a workout appears to be an exponential function of the proximity of the final burpees set to the end of the workout and the number of repetitions in the burpees set factored up by the cumulative number of burpees performed during the workout.
