-100 meter shuttle (cones ~ 12.5 meters apart-8 trips to make 100)
-jump over hurdle w/180 degree turn in air X 3
-½ max reps of strict pull-ups (pronated)
-lunge w/rotation X 5 ea
-single leg seiza X 30 seconds (back and forth)
C.post breathing
