A. In 10 minutes, work to a heavy single squat clean (not 1RM).
B. deadlift X 2 X 8 @ 55% deadlift 1RM EMOM
C. ring dips @ 3030 X AMRAP-1 X 4; rest 75 seconds
D. 1-2 sets of kipping ring dip practice
