A. overhead squat X 10-10-10 @ 60% of OHSQ 1RM; rest 60 seconds
B. squat clean X 2 X 8 @ 50% of 1RM EMOM
C. 50 handstand push-ups and 50 strict pull-ups for completion--mix and match as desired
