ME Workout for the Week Ending 04.04.09

deadlift 5-5-5-5-5
high box jump or maximum vertical leap 3-3-3-3-3

Perform 5 repetitions of deadlift followed by 3 jumps. Rest at least 2:00 and repeat the sequence 4 more times, resting after each superset.
