A. In 14 minutes, work up to a heavy 2 repetition deadlift.
B. For 10 minutes (practice)--no shoes
shoulder roll
bear crawl (down)
crab crawl (back)
5 tuck jumps for height/quietness 
C. w/partner
tennis ball reaction catches X 20 each partner
