run 1 mile
*wear 20 # vest if you have it--partition reps as you wish

#2 "Abbate"
for time
run 1 mile
21 clean and jerks @ 155/100
run 800 meters
21 clean and jerks @ 155/100
run 1 mile

#3 "Loredo"
6 rounds for time of-
24 squats
24 push-ups
24 walking lunge steps

run 400 meters
