One arm dumbbell walking OH lunge w/ 10-20lbs
squats
push-ups

Chris, Colby, Garrett1, Garrett2, Ron, Judy, Jordan, John

Your not supposed to do squats right after lunges. That's exactly why we did.

For the scheduled workout on Sunday...Ummm...yeah, any thoughts on maybe scheduling something earlier? Saints vs. Bears at 2pm...Superbowl, here we come!!!! Yep, I'd like to be on my butt with a beer on my belly, watching the game, if at all possible...and feel good about it... :)
