Highest Round Possible in 20 minutes
Perform-
1 burpee
1 pull-up
1 kettlebell swing (55lb/35lb)
then...
2 reps of each movement, and so on, continuing for the duration of the 20 minute time period. Your score is your highest round completed. Fractions of rounds count.
