A. In 12 minutes, work to a heavy 3 repetition front squat.
B. overhead squat @ 70% X 10-8-6-4; rest 60 seconds
C. barbell bent over row X 8-8-8 (moderate weight, increase weight each set, rest long enough to change the weight)
