ME Workout for the Week Ending 08.14.10
A)overhead press 3-3-3-3-3;rest 120 seconds between sets B)supinated weighted pull-ups 3-3-3-3-3;rest 120 seconds between sets
Palms face you on the pull-ups. Work on unweighted pull-ups if your max is less than 10.
